Shipping and Handling
American Tomboy will do our best to get your item to you within 3-5 business days for all orders within the U.S. Please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery of all orders, subject to stock availability.
Orders purchased by check or money order will only be shipped out once the check or money order has been cleared for payment.
If you want to know the status of your order than please send an email to customercare@americantomboy.com and please include your invoice number.

Return/Exchange Policy
Here at American Tomboy we try and make you as happy as possible. But sometimes that doesn't always happen. If you are not fully satisfied with your American Tomboy purchase you may exchange it for another size or another item as long as the merchandise you are returning has not been worn, washed or damaged.
- A restocking fee of $5.00 will be charged to your credit card for any returned or exchanged merchandise.
- American Tomboy is not responsible for postage incurred when exchanging merchandise.
- We will only accept merchandise returned within 10 days of receipt.
- If you are just not happy with the purchase and want to return it, we can issue you a credit for the amount of the original purchase price of the item that is returned if it is not exchanged for other merchandise.
